This study aimed to determine the effect of feeding frequency on growth, nutrition, and survival indices in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). In this experiment, 216 rainbow trout with an average weight of 38 ± 0.11 g were distributed in 18 (300-liter fiberglass) tanks complete randomly. Three experimental treatments include different feeding times 1, 3, and 5 times a day (treatments 1, 2, and 3, respectively), were fed with 6 replications and based on 5% of biomass weight for 90 days. At the end of the experimental period, a significant difference was observed in all growth indices. In all these indicators, treatment 2 was superior to treatment 3. A significant difference was observed between treatments 2 and 1. The results of measuring feed efficiency ratio in this study showed that feed efficiency in treatment 1 has the lowest value and has a significant difference with treatments 2 and 3 (P<0.05). The highest value of this index was observed for treatment 2, while there was no significant difference with treatment 3. The lowest survival rate was observed in treatment 1, and the highest value was observed in treatment 2. The economic efficiency ratio showed the three times a day in treatment 2 the most cost-effective feeding times. So that the maximum amount of food cost was observed in treatment 1, and the minimum amount was observed in treatment 2. The results showed the frequency of feeding 3 times a day in terms of production in rainbow trout.

Oxidation of fat in fish diet caused by oxygen penetration, high temperature and metal catalysts is common. the effects of feeding diets containing oxidized fish oil on growth indices and lipid metabolism in young hybrid sturgeon, (Huso huso ♂× Acipenser ruthenus♀) was investigated. 3 different diets: a control group, Group OFO50 (50% oil fish oxidized), Group OFO100 (100% oil fish oxidized) was designed. 90 young sturgeon hybrids with an average initial weight of 212/6 ± 0/7 g, after 2 weeks adaptation to the experimental conditions, randomly divided in the 9 fiberglass tank with a volume of 700 liters dewatering. Feeding was performed three times daily (8:00, 14:00 and 20:00) according to the appetite during the period of study. After 6 weeks sampling was done to assay the growth parameters and biochemical indices. in oxidized oil-fed groups, the adverse impact on growth in both groups was seen The significant reduction in cholesterol, triglycerides, was observed in OFO100 groups. The results showed that feeding the hybrid sturgeon with diets containing oxidized fish oil, causing a negative impact on growth and lipid metabolism. Although a slight increase in the percentage of body weight gain and specific growth rate was recorded, but it was undesirable and have been related to the increased visceral fat.

This study was done to investigate the macroscopic and microscopic structure of the ovary of Acanthopagrus latus and their changes during sexual maturation cycle from October 2011 to may 2011. 80 A. latus from Mussa Greek (North West of Persian Gulf) were captured and transferred to the laboratory. After biometry, gonads were removed, were weighted and fixed in Bouin's Fluid. Samples were dehydrated, clarified, embedded and sections were prepared. After staining with H&E these slides were studied under light microscopy. Gonadosomatic indices, macroscopic and microscopic changes in the ovary during different months were recorded. The minimum value of GSI were measured in May, (0.31 ± 0.01) while its maximum was seen in March (9.9 ± 3.1). Cyclic changes in ovarian maturity were divided into six stages, including immature, premature, mature, ripe, spawning and resting. A. latus had asynchronous spawning that was occurred from February up to March.

در این پژوهش تاثیر عملکرد گیاه سرخارگل با نام علمیEchinacea purpurea گیاهی بر شاخص های رشد و ایمنی در ماهی استرلیاد (Acipenserruthenus) نوجوان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تعداد180قطعه ماهی استرلیاد نوجوان با میانگین وزن اولیه1±75 گرم انتخاب وپس ازسازگاری با محیط بصورت تصادفی در3 تانک که توسط چارچوب که به چهارقسمت مساوی تقسیم بندی شده بودند ذخیره شدند. گیاه سرخارگل (EP) در 3 سطح 5/0 گرم در کیلوگرم (تیمار2)، 1(تیمار3) و 2 گرم در کیلوگرم (تیمار4) به جیره غذایی اضافه گردید و جیره فاقد EP برای تغذیه گروه شاهد (تیمار1) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. هر تیمار در 3 تکرار انجام گرفت. ماهیان روزانه به میزان3% از وزن بدن موردتغذیه قرارگرفتند. درپایان56 روزتعداد 9عددماهی ازهرتیماربه صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و پس از بیهوش شدن در محلول 2% 2فنوکسی اتانول خونگیری از ماهیان انجام گرفت. در پایان آزمایش، فاکتورهای رشد و آنزیم های انتی اکسیدان در همه ی تیمارها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده می توان بیان کرد که افزودن عصاره گیاه سرخارگل بر روی پارامترهای رشد و آنزیم های دخیل در دفاع آنتی اکسیدانی فاقد اثر می باشد.
